Analysis of the pump production, desighn and optimalization of the new proces at company Antreg, a.s.
Tato práce se zabĂ˝vá procesem vĂ˝roby olejovĂ˝ch ÄŤerpadel ve firmÄ› Antreg, a.s. CĂlem práce bylo navrhnutĂ novĂ©ho technologickĂ©ho postupu bez operace broušenĂ. Toho bylo dosáhnuto pomocĂ experimentu. PotĹ™ebná měřenĂ drsnosti povrchu a rovinnosti byla provedena na pĹ™ednĂm dĂle skĹ™ĂnÄ› olejovĂ©ho ÄŤerpadla. Jednotlivá měřenĂ jsou v práci blĂĹľe popsána a vyhodnocena. OptimálnĂ technologickĂ˝ postup byl následnÄ› aplikován na zbylĂ© dĂly skĹ™ĂnÄ› olejovĂ©ho ÄŤerpadla. Pro vybranĂ˝ technologickĂ˝ postup bylo provedeno ekonomickĂ© zhodnocenĂ.This master’s thesis deals with the process of production of oil pump at the company Antreg, a.s. The purpose of the thesis was to design a new technological process without grinding. The goal was achieved by an experiment. The necessary measurements were taken on the front part of the oil pump box. Measurements are described and evaluated in this thesis. As a next step, optimal technological process was applied to other parts of the oil pump box. An economic evaluation was carried out for a selected technical process.
Efficiency Improvement Proposal of Machining Process of Pinion Gearing
Diplomová práce se zabĂ˝vá procesem obrábÄ›nĂ ozubenĂ pastorku ve spolupráci se spoleÄŤnostĂ Ĺ meral Brno a.s. Ăšvod je zaměřen na základnĂ popis samotnĂ©ho pĹ™edmÄ›tu studie – pastorku. Druhá část zahrnuje obecnou problematiku vĂ˝roby ozubenĂ˝ch kol a jejich kontrolu. TĹ™etĂ kapitola si klade za cĂl analĂ˝zu stávajĂcĂho stavu, stanovenĂ jeho silnĂ˝ch a slabĂ˝ch stránek. TěžištÄ› práce tvořà vĂ˝bÄ›r stroje a nástrojĹŻ, návrh technologickĂ©ho procesu obrábÄ›nĂ pastorku pro 5-osĂ© obrábÄ›cĂ centrum a stanovenĂ strojnĂch ÄŤasĹŻ. V závÄ›ru je provedeno technicko-ekonomickĂ© zhodnocenĂ navrĹľenĂ©ho postupu.This diploma thesis deals with the machining process of pinion gearing in the company Ĺ meral Brno a.s. The first part aims at the basic description of the thesis subject – the pinion. General gear machining technologies and its inspection is processed in the second part. The third part is focused on the description of the current machining process, its weaknesses and strengths. The main part consists of the machinery and tool choice, of the proposal of the gearing technological process for five-axis machining center and of the production time calculations. In conclusion, technological and economic impacts of the proposal are evaluated.
On the Effective Machining of New Ceramic Materials
PokroÄŤilá keramika se dlouhodobÄ› držà na pĹ™ednĂch pĹ™ĂÄŤkách seznamĹŻ perspektivnĂch materiálĹŻ pro high-tech aplikace. NejÄŤastÄ›jšĂm problĂ©mem jsou vysokĂ© náklady na design, vĂ˝robu a opracovánĂ keramickĂ˝ch dĂlĹŻ. HlavnĂm smyslem rozvoje technik zpracovánĂ keramiky je tedy cenovÄ› pĹ™ijatelná, velkoobjemová vĂ˝roba. DisertaÄŤnĂ práce je zaměřena na broušenĂ karbidu kĹ™emĂku SiC. Jedná se o materiál, kterĂ˝ dĂky svĂ˝m vynikajĂcĂm vlastnostem, nacházĂ uplatnÄ›nĂ pĹ™i konstrukci strojnĂch součástĂ. Hluboká znalost procesu broušenĂ diamantovĂ˝mi kotouÄŤi je dĹŻleĹľitá proto, Ĺľe se jedná o jednu z dokonÄŤovacĂch metod obrábÄ›nĂ a má tedy pĹ™ĂmĂ˝ vliv na kvalitu a pevnost dĂlĹŻ vyrobenĂ˝ch z SiC. StěžejnĂ je zde otázka celkovĂ© kvality povrchu součástĂ po broušenĂ diamantovĂ˝m kotouÄŤem a znalost faktorĹŻ, kterĂ© majĂ na kvalitu povrchu vliv. Mezi tyto faktory patřà zejmĂ©na vibrace pĹ™i broušenĂ. HlavnĂm smyslem práce je vytvoĹ™enĂ systĂ©mu konkrĂ©tnĂch vÄ›decko-technickĂ˝ch informacĂ, kterĂ© umoĹľnĂ aplikovat optimálnĂ technologickĂ© postupy pĹ™i zpracovánĂ keramickĂ˝ch součástĂ. Teoretická část práce obsahuje rozbor souÄŤasnĂ©ho stavu poznánĂ v oblasti obrábÄ›nĂ keramiky, detailnĂ rozbor procesu broušenĂ keramiky diamantovĂ˝mi kotouÄŤi, teorii zpracovánĂ signálu a rozbor metod hodnocenĂ kvality povrchu. Experimentálnà část obsahuje analĂ˝zu a diskuzi vĂ˝sledkĹŻ zĂskanĂ˝ch pĹ™i monitorovánĂ procesu broušenĂ karbidu kĹ™emĂku diamantovĂ˝m brousicĂm kotouÄŤem. RĹŻznĂ˝mi diagnostickĂ˝mi metodami byla potvrzena pĹ™Ătomnost kmitánĂ o frekvenci blĂzkĂ© otáčkovĂ© frekvenci nástroje, kterĂ© mÄ›lo zásadnĂ, negativnĂ vliv na kvalitu povrchu vzorkĹŻ. VibraÄŤnĂ diagnostikou byl lokalizován konkrĂ©tnĂ zdroj kmitánĂ (upnutĂ obrobku) a následnÄ› byl odstranÄ›n.Advanced ceramics have long held the front of the list of promising materials for high-tech applications. The most common problem is the high cost of design, production and machining of advanced ceramics parts. The main sense of advanced ceramics processing techniques development is affordable, high-volume production. The dissertation is focused on SiC silicon carbide grinding. SiC is used in the design of machine parts due to its excellent properties The deep knowledge of the diamond wheel grinding process is important because it is one of the finishing methods and therefore has a direct impact on the quality and strength of the SiC parts. The key issue here is the overall surface quality of the parts after diamond wheel grinding and the knowledge of the factors that influence the surface quality. These include, in particular, grinding vibrations. The main purpose of the thesis is to create a system of specific scientific and technical information, which will allow applying optimal technological procedures in the processing of ceramic components. The theoretical part of the thesis contains an analysis of the current state of the art in the advanced ceramics machining area, detailed analysis of the ceramics grinding with diamond grinding wheels, signal analysis theory and analysis of surface quality assessment methods. The experimental part contains analysis and discussion of the results obtained during the monitoring of the silicon carbide grinding process with a diamond grinding wheel. Various diagnostic methods have confirmed the presence of vibrations at a frequency close to the speed frequency of the grinding wheel, which had a significant, negative effect on the samples surface quality. Vibration diagnostics has identified a specific source of vibration (clamping of the workpiece) and it has been removed subsequently.
